To deliver a consistent, high-quality service, we maintain secure session notes after each appointment. These notes record what was covered, what was improved, and what still needs attention. They mean you never have to re-explain your situation from scratch. We do not store passwords, financial details, or copies of personal documents. All records are held securely and deleted when your service ends.

At Ease Online is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and operates in full compliance with UK GDPR. Your data is processed only to deliver the service you have signed up for. It is never sold, shared, or used for any other purpose. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time. To make a request, contact us directly.
Remote sessions & how they work.
All sessions are conducted remotely using screen-sharing software. During a session, we may guide you by navigating your screen together - you can see everything we do, in real time, at all times. You are always present. You can end the session instantly at any point. We never connect to your device outside of a scheduled, agreed session. Nothing happens without your knowledge.
Software we may install.
For some tasks, particularly organising files and documents, we may ask permission to install a small piece of software on your device during your first session. This is always agreed in advance, never installed without your consent, and can be removed at any time. If you prefer not to, we can still complete the same work.
It will simply take a little longer.
