What we do.
We cover everything from email and accounts to subscriptions, devices, passwords, and scam awareness. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is overwhelming. And nothing is done without your parent being fully in control throughout.
We provide personal, one-to-one digital support for older adults - helping them get their online life properly organised, secure, and manageable. Sessions are conducted by video call, at your parent's pace, with the same dedicated person every time.
How family involvement works.
We work directly with your parent - they are our client, and their comfort and confidence come first.
Providing your parent consents, we're happy to keep you updated, so you know how things are going. This is entirely their choice, and we'll confirm their preference at the start.
You're also welcome to arrange and pay for the service on your parent's behalf - many families do. We'll coordinate directly with you to get things started, and then work with your parent from there.
What your loved one will experience.
We are not a tech helpdesk. We don't rush, we don't use jargon, and we don't make anyone feel foolish for not knowing something.
Sessions are calm and unhurried and always led by what your parent needs, not a standard checklist. We work through things together, explain everything clearly, and make sure nothing is confusing or overwhelming.
The goal is for your parent to feel more confident and more in control after every session - not dependent on us, but reassured that support is there when they need it.
Every client begins with a Digital Stability Audit. A thorough # session that maps your parent's entire digital setup and produces a clear written summary of findings and recommendations.
Where to start.
It's a one-off, £195, and there's no obligation to continue afterwards. Many families arrange one as a gift.
